Now that you did the Toyota survey, how about a US car manufacturer survey with the exact same questions.
Toyota has and will for some time to come, manufacture cars that are safer and better made than American made vehicles. Even through this crisis, they still have not come down to the levels of problems with American made vehicles.
And, if you truly are a training firm, you may wish to chose survey questions that are not so biased… ? 1 assumes that there were consumer safety concerns, ? 2 assumes that the name has been damaged, ?3 assumes there were laws broken, ?4 – might be ok ? 5 assumes that the respondent would buy a car, and implies that the decision would be based on the previous questions…

Toyota is a great company who had taken some missteps. They are smart and powerful with the ability to come back stronger than ever. Everyone makes mistakes, how companies handle errors differentiate the mediocre from the great.
