Hi! Great video, I’m triying to link a knowledge base article with a tweet response case, but i didn’t found how. In this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kn8bIogXLVA appears to send a tweet from articles related list, but i canĀ“t add this button. Can you help me please?!!!

Thanks for the comment! The video is a little older, so it won’t have the exact same interface, but you can download Salesforce for Twitter and Facebook off of the Appexchange for free. Once installed you can add the “Reply” button to cases or conversations that came in via a Twitter Search. You can add this button on the edit page layout screen if you have the permissions to do so.
